2.2 One Account Per Person

Each player may only open one account at jdb999. If multiple accounts are found, or if different accounts are found using the same personal details, all related accounts may be suspended.

2.3 Accuracy of Personal Information

All information provided when opening an account must be accurate and complete. Accounts registered with incorrect information may lose withdrawal privileges. Withdrawals will only be processed after information has been verified.

2.4 Account Security Responsibility

You are solely responsible for keeping your account login and password confidential. jdb999 is not liable for any losses caused by the actions of a third party. If you notice any security issue, you must contact the support team immediately.

3.1 Deposit Methods

Deposit methods available at jdb999 are KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay and CB Pay. Payments can only be made through these methods.

3.2 Minimum Deposit Amount

The minimum deposit per transaction is 20,000 Ks. Deposits below this amount will not be processed.

3.3 Minimum Withdrawal Amount

The minimum withdrawal per transaction is 30,000 Ks. Withdrawal requests below this amount will not be accepted.

3.4 Withdrawal Processing Time

After your withdrawal request has been reviewed and approved, the funds will be transferred to you within 15 minutes to 2 hours. Please understand that verification may take some time.

3.5 Deposit and Withdrawal Instructions

• Payments must be made only from the account registered with us at the time of deposit.
• Payments made by third parties will not be accepted.
• If a deposit is made without registering, we cannot be responsible for any refund.
• Payments must be made in Myanmar Kyat (MMK) only.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

The jdb999 welcome bonus gives you 120% of your first deposit as a bonus, up to a maximum of 100,000 Ks.

Examples (calculated):

• Deposit 20,000 Ks → Bonus 24,000 Ks → Balance 44,000 Ks → Wagering requirement 24,000 Ks × 10 = 240,000 Ks
• Deposit 180,000 Ks → Bonus 100,000 Ks → Balance 280,000 Ks → Wagering requirement 100,000 Ks × 10 = 1,000,000 Ks

4.2 Wagering Requirement

After receiving a bonus, you must wager 10 times the bonus amount through gameplay before any winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn. If you withdraw before completing the wagering requirement, the bonus and any winnings from it will be forfeited.

4.3 Bonus Eligibility Restrictions

• Each player may receive the welcome bonus once only.
• Two different bonus offers cannot be claimed at the same time.
• Bonuses must be used individually and cannot be combined with another player's funds.

4.4 VIP Level and Cashback

The jdb999 VIP program has 4 levels: Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum. Weekly cashback rates are up to 0.3% for Bronze, up to 0.6% for Silver, up to 0.9% for Gold, and up to 1.2% for Platinum. Your level increases as your activity and play volume grow.

5.1 Fair Play Policy

We are committed to ensuring all players at jdb999 can play fairly. Random Number Generator (RNG) technology is used and has been tested, guaranteeing that game results are entirely random.

5.2 Prohibited Actions

• Exploiting the gaming system through arbitrage or engaging in money laundering.
• Using software robots or automated scripts to play.
• Exploiting platform bugs or glitches for gain (bug exploitation).
• Chip dumping by transferring funds between your own separate accounts.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

If intentional abuse of bonus offers is detected, the account relationship will be suspended immediately and jdb999 reserves the right to forfeit any funds.

5.4 Option to Play Without a Bonus

Players may decline the bonus and play with their own funds only. If playing without a bonus, there are no additional Wagering Requirements on withdrawals.
